HANDMADE POLICY

Hey there! We just wanted to let you know that all of our mango wood products are made by hand, which means that each one is unique in its own way. High-quality solid wood is used to create most of our products, but because of the natural materials used, there may be some slight variations in size, colour, different shades of wood or finish, texture, natural grain pattern, small filler marks, knots, and movement of timber. Small wood indentations are normal as our products are handcrafted. We want to make sure that you're completely happy with your purchase, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the nature of our hand-crafted products before making a decision.

We encourage you to embrace the inherent characteristics of the wood. The timber's natural movements, knot arrangements, colour variations, batch distinctions, imperfections, and grain patterns contribute to the distinctive qualities of each item. In Painted and screen printed items, a minor off-touch as the entire process is manually done and is not machine-generated and variations do happen due to wood surface or otherwise.

These elements are essential aspects of the handcrafted process and should not be seen as flaws or defects. Your product is not a lifeless, mass-produced piece generated by machines in a factory. It is a vibrant and organic entity that has found its purpose in your home. Each product carries its own narrative, and this one belongs to you.

 

While all sizes may vary by up to 5cm, the overall quality of our products remains unaffected.

If you are not comfortable with the natural variations inherent in our products, we regret that our collection may not be suitable for you. We recommend that you take the time to familiarize yourself with the possible variances before making your purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver in-stock orders within 3 working days and will provide tracking information via email.

 

Delivery is considered complete when goods are delivered. We'll try to deliver within our standard window but can't guarantee it due to factors beyond our control.

 

We're not liable for late delivery as it's handled by third-party courier companies. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery failure due to road closures, parking restrictions or any other reason why the delivery vehicle and driver cannot access the delivery address.

 

If you miss the delivery, we'll invoice you for the wasted delivery cost if you want your product delivered again.

UK SHIPMENTS

If you live in the UK, every item you purchase will be shipped to you for free to UK mainland addresses. Please note that a few exceptions apply, see below the excluded areas. For our customers from Northern Ireland, we offer free delivery on our range of furniture, for home accessories items please contact us for a quote.

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation email from us after ordering, if you order more than one product, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per product.

Tracking details for your orders can be accessed on your account page. In case you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, you still will get an email with the tracking information when available. Please note that our furniture will be delivered with tracking info but our home accessories items do not always have tracking info available, there might be circumstances that prevent us from providing tracking details, which may also impact the delivery times. We are working on partnering only with delivery companies that provide us with tracking information but we want to offer our customers the most cost-benefit as well, so please bear with us while we find the balance.

We use one delivery company for our furniture and a different one for our home decor items, if you order different products you will likely receive them at different times.

Due to the size of the product, there are a small number of products which will be delivered by a specialised two-man service. Delivery of these items can take 14 days to deliver because of the additional logistics considerations.

GERMANY SHIPMENTS

If you reside in Germany, every item you purchase from our German page will be shipped to you free of charge from a German warehouse. Please be aware that only items featured on the Germany page qualify for free shipping; any other furniture from our shop located in the UK will incur a delivery/customs fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We deliver to a handful of European countries from our UK warehouse, if your country is not on our list don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a delivery quote.

On the checkout page, you will get the price for delivery plus custom duties, when applicable. Hence, you will receive a fully paid product inclusive of all charges. In logistics terms, it’s called Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) merchandise. This is applicable to all EU shipments.

We only offer international shipping for our furniture range and we use DPD or DHL to do so. All the orders are tracked and a tracking link will be sent to you to localize your order.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item to us.

 

Whilst we demand the best standards of build quality for our products, we accept no liability whatsoever for faults or defects occurring within commercial/contract/catering environments.

 

 

1. Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrives damaged, we will not charge you for collection, please let us know immediately after delivery and follow the procedure below:

  1. Notify us no later than 2 working days from the receipt of the order.

  2. Attach all relevant pictures and a brief explanation of the issue, as specified in our Returns Policy.

  3. We aim to process the request and revert to you within 3 business days.​

Depending on the outcome, we may like to inspect or collect the goods on a date agreed between us at the original shipping address and once we have checked that the goods are faulty, we may at our discretion:

  1. Issue a credit note or

  2. Issue a discount or

  3. Provide you with a full or partial refund or

  4. Replace the Goods or a part of it such as knobs, legs, etc.

2. Change of Mind

  1. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the cost of returning the item(s).

  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and sound. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the return shipping process.

  3. We recommend that you take the necessary steps to properly package and protect the item to avoid any potential damage in transit.

  4. Once the item is received and deemed to be in its original condition, we will process your refund as per our policy.

3. Bespoke Orders

Returns for bespoke orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. International Orders Returns

For our valued European customers, we are pleased to inform you that we have established return addresses in Belgium and Portugal. This means that if you wish to return an item within the European area, you have the convenient option of using one of these addresses. We understand the importance of hassle-free returns, and having local return addresses allows for a smoother and more efficient process. 5. Refunds

 

Any refund will be paid into the same bank account used to make the purchase, within 14 business days of the date of refund.

6. Packaging

 

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly request that any returned products be in their original packaging. This requirement serves to protect the product during transit and helps us maintain the quality and condition of our items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are not in their original packaging. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to continue providing the best service and quality to all our customers.
